Ngueyap Seulegne Nathan, who earned a PhD in Geography from the University of Dschang, now sells puff-puff at the entrance of the same campus where he once studied.

After teaching part-time in several private institutions in Dschang, he became discouraged by the poor pay and lack of recognition.

Despite his qualifications, unstable jobs and low income pushed him into small-scale business just to survive.

His story is painful, but it also exposes a wider crisis many educated Africans face today.
