We're Hiring: Programs Manager
Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Gracedcircle Health Initiatives is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on improving health outcomes and equity among youth and underserved communities in the U.S. and Nigeria. As we scale our impact, we’re seeking an experienced programs manager to help us lead and grow our community health project impact and reach.

Graced Circle Health Initiative is looking for a Programs Manager to lead and grow our community health projects across Nigeria and beyond.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and manage health programs from idea to impact.
- Coordinate field teams, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Track progress using M\&E tools and ensure timely, quality reporting.
- Build strong relationships with partners, funders, and community leaders.
- Contribute to grant writing and organizational strategy.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in program management within the NGO or health sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Background in Public Health, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing virtual teams.
- Ability to show up during physical events.
- Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Bonus: Experience with donor reporting and community engagement.

Call for Grant Writing Consultant (Remote)
🚨 NOW HIRING: GRANT WRITING CONSULTANT
📍 Remote | ⏰ Part-Time Contract | 📅 Deadline: Rolling (apply early)

Gracedcircle Health Initiatives is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on improving health outcomes and equity among youth and underserved communities in the U.S. and Nigeria. As we scale our impact, we’re seeking an experienced Grant Writing Consultant to help us identify, develop, and submit compelling grant proposals.

💼 Scope of Work
- Research and identify funding opportunities (foundation, government, and corporate grants)
- Develop winning grant proposals aligned with our mission and programs
- Coordinate with our leadership team to gather required documents, budgets, and organizational info
- Edit and tailor grant applications for different funders
- Support submission and follow-up process as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing successful grants for nonprofits (experience with startup or early-stage NGOs is a must)
- Demonstrated success securing grants of at least $10,000+
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Knowledge of funders in health, youth development, equity, and/or international development is a plus
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt proposals to fit funder guidelines

🌍 Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with funders in both the U.S. and Global South
- Experience working with youth-focused or community health programs
- Capacity to support basic M&E or reporting
