Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our ICT team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
2 or more years’ office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Comfortable handling confidential information.

The Account Manager is the person in charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company
Duties:
Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep records of client transactions
