As we journey in this month of September, I speak as a mouth piece of Almighty, Heaven will bless the work of our hand. The dew of heaven will soak our pursuits with success crown with favour, our little effort will yield bountiful harvest.

The good Lord will favour and bless us with finished products.

The peace of God will flow into our soul like a river. Our joy will be full and our mind will be at rest.

We will not sow for others to reap. The devourer will not devour our harvest. The wild locust will not destroy our crops. You will bring forth sweet fruits in due season. The fruits and leaves of our life shall not wither. The little foxes spoiling our vine shall be destroyed in Jesus Christ name, Amen.

World Menstrual Hygiene Day is observed annually on May 28 to raise awareness about menstrual health and hygiene, break taboos, and advocate for a more inclusive and supportive environment for menstruators worldwide. HEPZIBAH FEMALE INITIATIVE aims to:

- *Normalize Conversations Around Menstruation*: Encourage open discussions to dismantle harmful stereotypes and empower individuals to seek proper menstrual care.
- *Promote Menstrual Health Education*: Educate individuals about menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and the importance of using safe menstrual products.
- *Advocate for Access to Affordable Menstrual Products*: Push for elimination of tampon/pad taxes, government-funded menstrual programs, and free menstrual products in schools, workplaces, and public spaces.
- *Improve Sanitation and Disposal Infrastructure*: Ensure access to adequate sanitation facilities and proper disposal methods to prevent health issues.

The theme for World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025 is *"Together for a "*, calling for collective action to:
- Erase stigma around menstruation
- Improve access to menstrual health resources
- Foster open conversations about menstruation

This day serves as a reminder of the importance of menstrual health and hygiene in achieving:
- *Gender Equality*: Menstruation should not be a barrier to education, employment, or dignity.
- *Health Equity*: Access to safe and hygienic menstrual products is essential for physical and mental well-being.
- *Human Rights*: Menstrual health is a fundamental aspect of human dignity and public health ¹.

WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY 2025.

Menstrual health is a fundamental aspect of human rights, dignity, and public health. Menstrual Hygiene Day, observed annually on May 28th, is dedicated to breaking taboos and raising awareness about the importance of good menstrual hygiene. This year the theme is TOGETHER FOR A PERIOD FRIENDLY WORLD'' and *HEPZIBAH FEMALE INITIATIVE* is leading the charge to educate, empower, and transform the conversation around menstrual health and also teach the girls, how to make Reusable Sanitary pad.

The Hepzibah female initiative will be having leading menstrual hygiene sensitization for all the female students of Ijebu Anglican Dioceses College, Igan-Ipabi. On Wednesday 28th of may 2025.
