At the Hope Soars Foundation for Widows, we believe that empowering a widow empowers a generation. Today, we are overjoyed to share a story of transformation and divine provision.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Mrs. Monisola Oni, Founder of JMA Scholarship for Widows, we successfully presented brand new sewing machines to two amazing young people—the children of widows in our community.

To these children, this is more than just a machine; it is a key to a future filled with possibilities. To their mothers, it is the peace of mind that comes with knowing their children have a tangible skill to stand on, great relief to them - they can now watch their children step into purpose with dignity.

It represents empowerment to the beneficiaries. Being a widow’s child often comes with the weight of uncertainty. The weight is being lifted as they receive the tools to break the cycle of lack and become employers of labour rather than job seekers. This is the beginning of sustainability. With this sewing machine, they can start to generate income, and support the family unit, restoring the hope that was lost.

We are so grateful for Mrs. Monisola Oni, whose heart mirrors the very essence of compassion. Your sponsorship is not just a donation; it is an investment in the stability of these families. Thank You Lord for giving her a heart that sees the unseen. Empowering Hands, Changing Lives! 💙✨

Last Saturday, the Hope Soars Foundation For Widows had the privilege of hosting a skills training session for 20 resilient widows in Agbowo, Ibadan and a start up kit was given to the widows for immediate production.

Armed with determination and big dreams, these women were trained in the production of high-demand household products including:
✅ Toilet Wash
✅ Bleach
✅ Germicide
✅ Hair Cream
✅ Liquid Soap

This impactful program was generously sponsored by the amazing Mrs. Monisola Oni, Founder and President of the JMA Scholarship for Widows.* We are deeply moved by your big heart and commitment to lifting up the vulnerable.

The widows were not just participants; they were family. Their joy was palpable, and they joined us in praying for God's continued blessings, protection, and multiplication of resources over Mrs. Oni's life. They asked us to pass along their heartfelt gratitude—praying that you will never lack, just as you have remembered them.
