BUILDERS' WEEK 2026 – DAY 4

Day 4 of Builders' Week 2026 featured strategic engagements by members of the Nigerian Institute of Building, Lagos State Chapter, with key Lagos State Government offices and industry stakeholders.

The delegation visited the Building Services Department, Office of Works; Head of Service (HOS) – PSO Office; Ministry of Housing; Office of the Permanent Secretary, Infrastructure; and the Coordinating Director’s Office, Ministry of Works. The visit focused on strengthening collaboration with Government Institutions and reinforcing the role of Professional Builders in ensuring Quality, Safety, and Sustainability in construction projects across Lagos State.

Members also embarked on a strategic industry engagement visit to John Zobis Group of Companies, where discussions centered on Innovation, Professional Collaboration, and advancements in construction practices.

The engagements further demonstrated NIOB Lagos’ commitment to promoting Professionalism and building a safe, resilient, and sustainable built environment.
