Position :Admin Officer
Location : Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities:
ACCOUNTING
* Creating and processing invoices
* Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
* Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
* Sending bills and invoices to clients
* Tracking organization expenses and budgets
* Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
* Must have experience in Accounting Software

HUMAN RESOURCES
* Recruiting, training and developing staff
* Pensions , salaries and benefits administration
* looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
* Organising staff training sessions and activities
* Monitoring staff performance and attendance

ADMINISTRATION
* Manage office supplies stock and place order
* Maintain and update company databases
* Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
* Answer queries by employees and clients
* Update office policies as needed
* Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
* Book meeting rooms as required
* Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
* Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
* Arrange travel and accommodations
* Schedule in-house and external events

CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:
• OND/ HND / BSC in Accounting or any Social Science Courses
• Minimum of 1yr work experience in similar position

Soft Skills
* The capacity to work without supervision and under pressure
* The ability to work well in teams and independently
* Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
* Solid knowledge of office procedures
* Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
* Strong organization, analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
