La Savannah is a fast-growing fragrance and lifestyle brand creating premium home and personal fragrance products for modern living. We are expanding our B2B and retail presence across hospitality, corporate gifting, modern trade, and distribution channels.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales & Distribution Officer to drive bulk sales, corporate partnerships, and retail expansion for La Savannah products.

The ideal candidate must have strong field sales experience within cosmetics, personal care, fragrance, FMCG, or lifestyle products, and understand both modern trade and open market distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new corporate, hospitality, and wholesale clients
• Drive bulk sales across hotels, spas, supermarkets, stores, and distributors
• Build and manage relationships with modern trade buyers and open market channels
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads consistently
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
• Source and coordinate trade exhibitions, fairs, and B2B opportunities
• Manage and update CRM systems effectively
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and product visibility

Requirements
• Proven experience in corporate sales, field sales, or distribution management
• Experience selling cosmetics, fragrance, personal care, FMCG, or related products is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of modern trade and open market sales structures
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets
• Strong lead generation and relationship management abilities
• Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• Existing network of distributors, hospitality buyers, supermarkets, or bulk purchasers is an added advantage
