When I managed to build a house after many years of post university graduation, my uncle asked where I got my money from. I had to show him every bit of my engagement before he blessed the house. Today, most parents arrange Thanksgiving and throw lavish parties celebrating the wealth of their children. They don't even bother to ask the source of the sudden wealth.

The irony of our today's reality is that these young folks who stumbled into accidental wealth are protected by the police when they go round.

What happens to intuitive policing? So because a dude has money that is enough to give him police orderly? The police should be largely blamed for the rising incidence of juvenile crimes.

See the young dude paraded around yesterday in Abuja for kidnapping, that guy shouldn't be more than 25 but see him cruising already in Mercedes Benz worth 50million Naira! And his parents never query his source of sudden wealth. Today, he is a guest of the law.

No matter how long, crime has an expiry date. Sadly musing
