📍British Airways Denies Boarding to Teen with Tourette’s After ‘Bomb’ Outburst

(BA) is under fire after refusing to board a 13-year-old boy with Tourette’s syndrome on a flight from London Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Spain. The teenager reportedly shouted the word ‘bomb’ inside the terminal, prompting staff to act on safety grounds.
The decision has reopened the debate on disability rights, airline safety rules, and how carriers should handle passengers with neurological conditions.

📍 A paraglider gets hit by a Cessna 172 near the Austrian town of Zell am See.
The paraglider was able to pull her rescue parachute and land safely shortly after the incident on Saturday.
According to police, the 44-year-old Austrian had started from Schmittenhöhe in the direction of Piesendorf. Above the Pinzgauer Hütte, she collided at 1:15 p.m. with the Cessna piloted by a 28-year-old.
The pilot of the Cessna, which flew from the Glemm Valley in the direction of Zell am See, was able to land the aircraft safely at Zell am See Airport.

Qatar Airways has reported a massive US$1.94 billion net profit for the financial year ✈️💰
Despite tighter schedules and reduced capacity, the airline still managed to grow revenue and deliver one of the strongest results in the industry.
Interestingly, both Singapore Airlines and Emirates recently announced staff bonuses following their strong profit results… but so far, no bonus announcement has been made by Qatar Airways.
