We are proud to have supported the recently concluded Secondary School Outreach, an initiative dedicated to helping young people discover purpose, build confidence, and embrace leadership from an early age.

At Jamie Pajoel International Enugu State Chapter, we understand that the leaders of tomorrow are sitting in classrooms today. That is why we were honored to partner with a program that invested in the growth, mindset, and potential of secondary school students.

The outreach was more than an event—it was an opportunity to spark meaningful conversations, inspire dreams, and equip young minds with values that will guide them into the future.

We appreciate the dedication of the organizers, especially Amaeze Victory, whose commitment made this impactful outreach a success.

As we reflect on the lives touched and lessons shared, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that empower young people, promote purposeful leadership, and create lasting change in our communities.
The event may be over, but the impact has only just begun.

So, lets talk about a Myth today..

MYTH: Great leaders are born, They have Leadership handed down to them on a platter.

REALITY: Great leaders are developed; They put systems and structure in place, not wait for existing structures to put them in place.

Nobody is born knowing how to communicate effectively, build teams, manage conflict, or inspire others.

Leadership is a skill. And like every skill, it can be learned, practiced, and improved.

The most successful leaders you admire today started somewhere.

The question isn't whether you were born a leader.

The question is: Are you willing to become one?

Help me identify 27 social impact young leaders who are leading change in their communities within the 27 local Government Area in Imo State.

If you are tagged, please give me a detailed description of your Business or the community project you are working on. Please I am only looking for young leaders who are already doing something not those wishing to start.

IMPACT PROJECT MEANS YOU ARE DOING ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. Running a small that is also creating job opportunities others and you have at least 2 staff.

2. You are elected as a youth leadership in your community.

3. Involved in advocacy and awareness campaigns for youths, women and children in your own LGA in Imo State.

4. Carrying out any community impact project within your community in Imo State.

Selected individuals will be invited to go on a transformative journey with me. Details I can’t share here for now.
