This is TERRIBLE!!!😭 This people have been abandoned with health challenge and they are routine in abject poverty for many years. This is somewhere in Enugu State Nigeria.

They need an urgent help and God's intervention in this their critical condition.

I call on the Government of Enugu State, business Men, NGO's, Ministry of health and individuals to locate this community and do something urgent about their health and basic needs. This is terrible!!!😭
