*NATURAL REMEDY FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE (HBP).*
High Blood Pressure (HBP) is often called the “silent killer” because it may show no signs or symptoms until it causes serious health problems like stroke, heart disease, or kidney damage. Regular check-ups are the only way to know your blood pressure levels.
If you enjoy energy drinks, alcohol, or excessive processed foods, it’s important to cut down or stop, as these raise blood pressure and put your health at risk.
*SIMPLE NATURAL HOME REMEDY YOU CAN TRY.*
Ingredients
• 3–4 pieces of Aidan fruit (Prekese)
• 2–3 limes/lemons (remove seeds)
• A few pieces of fresh ginger
• 2–3 cloves of garlic
Preparation
• Boil the Aidan fruit in water for 10–15 minutes.
• Cut the limes/lemons (remove seeds).
• Blend the lemon, ginger, and garlic together into a smooth mixture.
• Add this blended mixture into the pot with the boiled Aidan fruit.
• Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
• Allow to cool, then store in a clean container.
How to Take
• Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at night.
• Use consistently for a few weeks, then check your blood pressure again.
WHY THESE INGREDIENTS HELP.
• Garlic → Contains allicin, which supports healthy blood pressure and cholesterol.
• Ginger → Improves circulation and relaxes blood vessels.
• Lime/Lemon → Rich in vitamin C, helps strengthen blood vessels.
• Prekese (Aidan fruit) → Traditionally used for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
Important Health Tips
• This remedy supports blood pressure control but does not replace prescribed medication.
• If your blood pressure is consistently above 140/90 mmHg, seek medical advice.
• Do not stop your doctor’s treatment without approval.
