There's this lady I got chatting with on WhatsApp some days ago.

According to her, she's one of my followers here on Facebook and really admires the work I do here and how I show up consistently.

She said she really wished she could do same for herself.

I asked her why not, and what was her challenge...

And she said she has been showing up before but wasn't getting traction and so she stopped.

Let's call her Blessing.

Me: Blessing, you know these things takes time and they aren't built in a day, everyone feels the same way. I mean, there are times when I'll create content and Mark will shadowban it and restrict from some of my audience, thereby leaving me with low engagements.

Will I feel bad and sad? Yes!
But will I stop? No way.

Even when I get depressed and all.

Blessing: Well, it's just tiring and frustrating. No engagements, no traffic, no traction... It feels like you're talking to yourself and nothing to show forth.

Me: I understand dear. I really do. But see it this way, you're building cumulative efforts and compound interest. The little effort and poor engagement will serve as social proof when those big breakthrough comes.

And the truth is, you don't even know which content will do well and when it will happen so why stop now?

See it as a seed you're sowing for your future so when that time comes all of these will serve as proof that it wasn't overnight success.

And about the low engagements, it doesn't mean people are not seeing or not taking note of you and what you do.

They are, trust me.

And If you're consistent enough, when these people need your services or products, you'll be the first person on their minds and they'll also refer/recommend you.

Won't you love to experience all of these, dear? ❤️

Blessing: (Now excited) I would, I would really love to experience this.

Me: Now, that's the energy! ✨

But you can't achieve this without the little efforts.

So you've got to get back out there and be on our faces again.

Would it be difficult? Yes.

Will you feel like quitting again? Yes.

Your time will come, trust me.

But remember those days of little beginning are like compound interest and you're sowing for your future.

Trust me, your future will thank you for it.

------
Now over to you who feels the same way...

Your time will come.

I hope this helps 💕

Remember, the goal?

Stay winning ❤️
