Happy new week, this season is not fondant friendly but if you have a good recipe you can cover your cake a day or two before delivery then you are good to go

BAKING EQUIPMENT AND THEIR USES
PALETTE KNIFE is use for spreading or sandwiching cakes with butter, chocolate or ganache.

PIPPING BAG is use for pipping royal icing or butter cream

NOZZLES are use for decoration of cakes.

STRAINER OR FILTER is use for putting hot snack and to drain excess oil
WOODEN SPATULA is use for creaming butter.

PASTRY BRUSH is use for glazing uncooked dough

BOWL is use for creaming of butter and mixing dough

SCALE is use for accurate measurement.

SPOONS use for measurement

SMOOTHER is use for fondant

CRIMPERS are use for embossing fondant cak

CUTTERS are also use for decorating fondant
