Did you know periwinkles are snails?
So I’ve heard people say if you need blood, you should eat periwinkles.
And honestly, there is some truth to it.
Periwinkles are full of iron and protein, which your body uses to make red blood cells. When you are low on iron, you start to feel tired, dizzy, or weak often.
So yeah, if you have been feeling that way, maybe skip the energy drinks and soft drinks for a while and eat periwinkles or beans instead. Though not a magic fix, but sometimes the old-school stuff really works.
Trying harder won’t make someone choose you if their heart is already elsewhere.
