The Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, Amasenibo Hon. Engr. Abinye Blessing Pepple, DSSRS, accompanied by members of the Renewed Hope Family, today Sunday July 5, 2026, joined the congregation of Church of God Mission International, Bonny Provincial Headquarters, Park Community, for its 2026 Mid-Year Thanksgiving and Cultural Heritage Celebration, where he was honoured as "Kingdom Impact and Community Service Award".
Speaking at the event, Chairman Pepple commended the Church for its commitment to spiritual and community development, noting that thanksgiving and the preservation of Bonny's cultural heritage remain essential to fostering unity and collective progress.
The thanksgiving service featured praise, worship, cultural displays, and prayers for the continued peace, unity, and progress of Bonny Local Government Area.
