Every design should have purpose or tell a story, Usually when we design a pent house, it’s obvious from the approach view (front elevation) that’s it’s a pent house, you get to see the juggling heights or a high roof depending on your approach. So the assignment was simple, we decided to switch it up a little by focusing on the approach view only which is normally the face of the building and what people see as the pass by the front of the gate..

This idea or concept is to give it a duplex feel such that when you are at the front of the building you think it’s a duplex because of the facade but wen you go over to the back it’s a just a pent floor that was slabbed
