EPISODE 9: Effort Never Lies

People can lie with words effortlessly.
“I’ll change.”
“I promise.”
“I care.”
But effort exposes the truth.
Effort is calling back.
Effort is showing up.
Effort is trying even when it’s inconvenient.
When someone truly values you, you won’t need to beg for attention, clarity, or basic respect. Their actions will speak before their mouth does.
Inconsistent effort is also a message. It says, “I care, but not enough.”

Hard Truth:
If someone wants to, they will. If they don’t, they won’t, no matter the excuse.

Advice:
Watch patterns, not apologies. Words may comfort you temporarily, but effort reveals intention.
