Most times the major recurring question I get from clients I counsel is
“How to recognize True Love?”
And I always give my response based on the condition that preceded such question.
But...
Generally, there are some tell-tale distinctions between a love that is true and one that is fake.
Even though I don’t subscribe to the name “Fake love” because I believe that all love is true.
It’s either it is LOVE or it is LUST… nothing in between
But for the sake of clarity, I use Fake Love here for understanding sake.
Here is THE DIFFERENCE

Fake Love Plays games, hide their feelings and tries to manipulate the emotion of others to gain the upper hand.
True Love is Self Sacrificing
Fake Love only do what it wants
True Love gives from the Heart
Fake Love gives because it wants something in return
True Love forgives
Fake Love seeks vengeance.
True Love appreciates you for who you are.
Fake Love tries to change you into their perfect ideals.
True Love is romantic intimacy and lo******ng.
Fake love is just s*x
True Love tries to resolve conflict
Fake love tries to prove it is right
True love let’s go of hurts
Fake Love habours resentment
True Love gives the Freedom
Fake Love is controlling
True Love Listens
Fake Love only talks.
