I have been away from my shop for three months because I recently gave birth. During that period, my four female apprentices were managing the shop, and I gave my foreman the shop key so she could oversee things until I returned.

After my child's dedication last month, I received m0netary gifts from family and friends. When I resumed work, I took 200k to the shop, intending to use it to buy materials from the market the following week. I kept the money in a place where I normally store cash in the shop.

When the following week arrived and I went to retrieve the money, I discovered that it was missing. I immediately called all my apprentices and asked if anyone knew anything about it, but none of them admitted taking the m0ney.

My foreman still had the shop key because I had not collected it back from her after resuming work.

At this point, I am completely confused and do not know who took the money. Out of frustra
, I asked all of them to stay away from the shop until the m0ney was found or returned. However, despite sending them home, I have still not recovered the 200k
I am deeply disturbed by the situation and do not know if I handled it the right way.

I would appreciate any advice or ideas on how to properly address this issue and recover my money. Thank you.

Saturday is one of the most challenging days of the week for me as a fashion designer. No matter how many jobs are on my table, the day always feels long and boring, especially when I have little or no assistance.

Most apprentices don't usually come to work on Saturdays, so the shop is often quiet and empty.
It becomes even more stressful when there is no electricity.

You look around and see piles of work waiting to be completed, yet you have to handle everything on your own. Sometimes, I really don't enjoy going to work on Saturdays, but I have no choice because I have clients depending on me and their clothes must be delivered on time.

Saturday is one of those days I struggle with the most in this profession. I don't know if other fashion designers experience the same thing, but for me, Saturdays are usually tiring, l0nely, and b0ring.

This boy has been giving me serious headaches since he started learning work in my shop about three months ago. He is always coming late, and whenever he comes, he doesn't seem interested in doing anything.

He is always relaxed and carefree about the work.
For example, yesterday his father called me and informed me that the boy would be coming late because he needed him to fetch water first. He told me I should expect him around 8:30 or 9:00 a.m.

I said that was fine.
However, I believe that after he finished fetching the water and his father left the house, he simply stayed at home and never came to work. When he came to the shop this morning, I asked him why he didn't come yesterday.

He claimed he was fetching water. I reminded him that his father had already told me he would come to work after fetching the water, but he had no reasonable explanation.
Honestly, I don't know what to do anymore.

I have talked to him several times, corrected him, and even pun1shed him by making him kneel down, but it seems like it's no longer having any effect because he is getting used to it.

I would really appreciate your advice. How do you handle an apprentice who is always late, unwilling to work, and doesn't seem to take the training seriously?

Please help me with your suggestions.

As I got to my shop this morning, I saw something very strange in front of my shop. There were pieces of an unknown substance(sh33t) scattered around the entrance. I have never experienced anything like this before, and honestly, I am short of words.

Since morning, I have been unable to enter the shop. I immediately called my landlord and asked him to come and see it for himself.

Right now, I am still outside because people advised me not to touch it or even go near it.
At the moment, I really do not know what to do. My landlord suggested that it should be burned, but I am still confused about the whole situation.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? I am genuinely surprised and do not know what to make of it.

Please, I need your ideas and advice. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

There is this client who always comes to me whenever the tailor he considers a professional is overwhelmed with work. He usually uses me as an alternative.

He has been doing this for a very long time. Most times, he brings clothes today and expects them to be ready the next day. To make matters worse, payment is always an issue with him.

This morning, he came to my shop and said he had a wedding to attend on Friday and wanted me to sew an outfit for him. The problem is that I am already overloaded with work myself. I tried explaining the situation to him, but he refused to listen. He dropped the clothes on my table and left.

I asked him to pay an advance before I started the job, but he said he didn't have cash on him and would make a transfer later. He also said he would be coming to pick up the clothes tomorrow morning. Since I already had his measurements, he simply left the clothes behind.

Right now, I'm worried because I'm not even sure I'll be able to meet up with the deadline. I don't know how to handle this situation. Should I go ahead and sew the clothes, or should I keep them aside and explain things to him when he comes tomorrow?

I would appreciate your advice on how to handle a client like this.
