My system has a Bluetooth; but I cannot access it. What should I do?
Possible Solutions are as follows:
Restart the Bluetooth service (quick fix)
Sometimes Bluetooth is “there” but the service isn’t running.
On Windows:
Press Win + R
Type `services.msc` → Enter
Find Bluetooth Support Service
Right-click → Restart
If it’s not running, click Start
Set Startup type to Automatic
Restart your PC and check again.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in Settings
Windows:
Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices
Toggle Bluetooth ON
If you don’t see Bluetooth at all, that points to a driver or hardware issue
Check Device Manager (very important)
This tells us whether Windows actually recognizes the Bluetooth hardware.
Press Win + X → Device Manager
Look for:
Bluetooth, or
Network adapters, or
Other devices
What you might see:
Yellow warning icon → driver problem
No Bluetooth section at all → driver missing or disabled
Hidden device → needs enabling
Right-click Bluetooth device → Enable device (if disabled)
Reinstall or update Bluetooth drivers
This fixes most cases.
Option A: Automatic
In Device Manager
Right-click Bluetooth device → Update driver
