My attention has been drawn to a defamatory statement credited to one Aliyu Bakajeba Tanko, alleging that I made comments about โ€œdealing with Yusuf Kure and 313.โ€ I wish to state clearly and unequivocally that such claims are false, baseless, malicious, and a deliberate attempt to drag my name into needless controversies.

It is unfortunate that certain individuals and pages now appear committed to hunting for victims of circumstance, twisting narratives, manufacturing falsehoods, and creating sensational headlines simply to provoke reactions, create unnecessary tension, and gain cheap attention on social media. Such behavior contributes nothing meaningful to society except division, suspicion, and avoidable misunderstandings among people.

I completely distance myself from the statement being circulated and from every attempt to associate my name with threats, hostility, or divisive agendas. Anyone on a mission to use my name for sponsored narratives, blackmail, or cheap propaganda has clearly failed.

While freedom of expression is important, it must not become a license for defamation, false accusations, and reckless attacks on peopleโ€™s reputation. Those who make careers out of writing against individuals for temporary relevance or hidden sponsorship should understand that actions have consequences and that credibility, once destroyed, is difficult to rebuild.

For the avoidance of doubt, I do not join issues unnecessarily with people, nor do I encourage anyone to fight my battles for me. However, my calm disposition should never be mistaken for weakness or willingness to tolerate deliberate falsehood and character assassination.

At a time when society requires responsible engagement, unity, and constructive dialogue, it is unfortunate that some individuals still choose the path of provocation, misinformation, and needless controversy.

I remain focused on matters of value, progress, peace, and responsible public engagement.

30-Year-Old APC Aspirant Mahmud Sadis Buba Withdraws From Kaduna Reps Race

30-year-old APC aspirant, Mahmud Sadis Buba, popularly known as Abin Al-Ajabin Zazzau, has withdrawn from the race for the Sabon Gari Federal Constituency seat ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Buba announced his withdrawal after weeks of political consultations, stating that his decision was made in the interest of party unity and the collective progress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State.

According to him, leadership and service go beyond personal ambition, adding that maintaining harmony within the party remains more important than individual political interests.

He appreciated his supporters, associates, and young people who believed in his vision, urging them to remain committed to the APC and continue supporting efforts aimed at strengthening the party ahead of future elections.

Mahmud Sadis Buba recently attracted national attention after emerging as one of the youngest aspirants seeking to represent Sabon Gari Federal Constituency under the APC platform. His political journey was widely viewed as an inspiration to many young Nigerians and persons living with disabilities seeking active participation in governance.

Political observers say his withdrawal may reshape the dynamics of the APC contest in the constituency as preparations for the 2027 elections gradually gather momentum.
