Blessing, the answer is no, I didn’t study Theatre Arts. 😊 Do you want to know what I studied??

I spent five years studying Agricultural Economics and Extension at Kogi State University.

However, from my days in the children’s church, I was always actively involved in the drama and choir units. The acting, screenwriting, and singing sides of me weren’t things I learned in school—they’ve always been a part of who I am.

I believe those gifts were inbuilt from birth, and I’m grateful that today people get to hear my voice, read my creative write-ups, watch movies I’ve scripted, and see me bring stories to life on screen.

My heart is full of gratitude. ❤️

Dear Igala content creators, must every page name end with “TV”? 😭😂

What’s with all these TVs flying around? Some of us abandoned our television sets and came to social media, only for TVs to follow us here too. 😅

Abeg, make una try dey creative small with page names. I thought the trend would reduce with time, but it seems the opposite is happening. Every day, one new TV don show face. 😂

I’m genuinely rooting for all of you, but please, make una first remove that “TV” from una page names.

Democracy, yet everything is crazy.
We are a nation of comedians with hidden tears,
Smiling through fuel prices,
Laughing through hardship,
Turning pain into memes
Because sometimes laughter is the only thing left that is free.

The market feels like a battlefield.
A thousand naira walks in proudly
And comes back home ashamed.
Mothers stand before empty pots,
Doing mathematics that no calculator can solve.

The roads are tired.
The people are tired.
Dreams are relocating faster than airplanes.
And hope sometimes feels like a luxury item
Displayed behind glass.

Children leave for school and parents whisper prayers,
Not because of exams,
But because they hope their children return.

Teachers who should be shaping futures
Become headlines instead.

But listen…

Perhaps one day,
The kidnapped children will return home safely.
The teacher will teach without fear.
The worker will earn enough to live, not merely survive.
The citizen will be heard, not ignored.

Until then,
We will keep demanding better.
Keep building.
Keep believing.

Because beneath the frustration,
Beyond the anger,
Past the disappointment,

A stubborn hope still beats in the heart of Nigeria.

I dey root for you, NIGERIA.
