Africa cannot build it's future in isolation, while the world transition to a clean energy is going at a fast pace, Africa continent must not be left behind, we must move in that direction and champion this course as Africa has the potential to do more.

Mobility in Africa is largely run by the old and carbon filled transport systems. It is time to embrace a cleaner and safer means of mobility, which is part of the theme of AAM2025.

Clean and Safe Transport Initiative is proud to be part of this laudable effort in the quest for clean energy in Africa.

Our Country Director, Nigeria, Suleiman Akande was on Democrscy Radio, Abuja to discussed about the FCT Transportation overview: its efficiency and sustainability viz-a-viz the growing human population. Managing Traffic and congestions, Walkable Cities- and E-mobility.

He stressed that for a city to achieve an efficient Public Transport System, it must meet the following 4 requirements.

1. Accessibility
2. Affordability
3. Comfortability
4. Security
