Talk it Out with Inikpi
To the Woman Who Has Stayed Too Long in the Dark,
You’ve carried things no one has seen.
You’ve cried in silence, held back the words that would’ve shattered the room, and chose your children, your home, and your marriage, even when it felt like no one was choosing you.
This letter is to you, beautiful soul.
Because while you were fighting for others, you forgot to fight for yourself.
Let me remind you:
You are not crazy.
You’re not dramatic, too emotional, or hard to love.
You are human. You are real. You are hurting because something inside you still believes in love, truth, and healing.
That is strength, not weakness.
You stayed. When you had every reason to leave. You stayed through betrayal, silence, rejection, and criticism. You stayed even when you weren’t being watered, nurtured, or seen.
That doesn’t make you foolish. That makes you loyal.
That makes you faithful.
That makes you brave.
But now… I want you to remember you, too.
Your voice matters. Your story matters.
Your joy matters.
Your healing matters.
You are more than a wife.
More than a mother.
More than a title in someone else’s story.
You are a masterpiece in your own right. God has not forgotten you. He sees the nights you cried, the prayers you whispered, the pieces you picked up when no one noticed the mess.
And now, beautiful woman, it’s your turn.
To be held.
To be heard.
To be healed.
You don’t have to keep performing peace while dying inside.
You’re allowed to speak.
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to choose yourself without shame. You will rise Whole. Worthy. And wildly loved by the God who never once left your side.
Every path in the garden of destiny leads to a choice and every choice is a chance to grow, to heal, and to rise. Don’t fear the crossroads. That’s where transformation begins.
