đź’”Epileptic Government of Ebonyi Stateđź’”

It has been four years of promises, photo ops, and endless rhetoric, but what have we actually seen? Nothing. Not a single project commissioned. Not a single community transformed. Not even the governor’s own village has felt the dividends of democracy.
The truth is uncomfortable: the problem isn’t just the governor. It is the army of mediocres surrounding him. His cabinet, advisors, and close associates are not leaders they are obstacles. People content with paperwork, clinging to titles, and protecting their personal interests while the state rots. They have turned governance into a circus, where appearance matters more than action.
Meanwhile, the people suffer. Roads crumble. Hospitals are hollow shells. Schools lack basic infrastructure. Communities are abandoned. Our neighbors move forward, yet here we are, trapped in stagnation because those in power lack vision, courage, and competence.
It is a betrayal of the highest order. Leadership is not about selfies and ceremonies; it is about results. Yet for four years, incompetence has been rewarded while the citizens pay the price. The governor’s silence, his failure to act decisively, is not just political it is moral negligence.
We cannot continue to accept this. Mediocrity must be called out. Accountability is not optional. The governor must either surround himself with competent, committed leaders who can deliver tangible progress, or step aside and make way for those who can.
Our state is bleeding opportunities, hopes, and dreams. Every day wasted by inaction is a day stolen from the people. Enough is enough. Four years of excuses, delays, and incompetence are more than we can bear. Leadership is a duty, not a privilege. And right now, that duty is being abandoned.

Happy Natal Anniversary

Hon. Oguzorkanu Offia-Nwali

Today, we do not merely mark the passing of another year; we celebrate the rise of a political force — a leader whose presence has redefined leadership, challenged complacency, and inspired a generation to believe in purposeful governance.

Your birthday is a reminder that leadership, when rooted in principle and guided by vision, can transform destinies. In these trying times, your courage in the face of resistance, your unwavering stand for justice, and your commitment to the people continue to be a beacon for all who dream of a better nation.

You have shown that politics can be noble, that power can be used not for self, but for the voiceless, the forgotten, and the oppressed. Your legacy is not just in the policies you've shaped or the structures you've built — it is in the hope you've restored.

As you celebrate today, may this new chapter strengthen your resolve, deepen your wisdom, and renew your fire to lead with even greater conviction. The future beckons — and history is watching.

Happy Birthday, Hon
May your light never dim.

With unwavering solidarity,

It is obvious and undeniable that the current government of Ebonyi State has failed its people. What we see and hear daily is that certain individuals are allegedly behind this failure.

Governor Nwifuru, as an Abakaliki man, I genuinely want you to succeed. However, if you find the responsibilities of governance overwhelming, I respectfully suggest that you consider stepping down to allow someone more capable to take the lead.

It is deeply shameful, ridiculous, and insensitive for a sitting governor to appear on national television lamenting that his appointees are the reason he has yet to commission any meaningful project since the inception of his administration.

Governor Nwifuru must take responsibility and rise above this national embarrassment. He should stop relying on infantile excuses and the shallow justifications circulated online by his inexperienced media aides and work for Ebonyians.

We deserve better. May Gov. Nwifuru succeed
