I'm really looking forward to the upcoming Ramadan, and I think it will be different from last year's Ramadan.

During the last Ramadan, I was heavily pregnant and couldn't fast, but that didn't mean I missed out on the blessings of the holy month. I still enjoyed the atmosphere of sahur and iftar, which always make you feel like it's Ramadan.

I woke up for tahajjud prayers and prayed for my well-being and a safe delivery. I prepared sahur for my husband and sometimes ate with him. I made the most of Ramadan by reading the Quran, listening to interpretations, and giving charity.

I started preparing iftar right after afternoon prayers, which has a special feeling for me as a woman. After iftar, I prayed to Allah and ate a date, even though I wasn't fasting.

Although I couldn't fast last Ramadan, I still felt the Ramadan spirit, and I'm excited for the upcoming one. I believe I can improve my worship and prayers even more this time.

I have always felt guilty towards the end of Ramadan knowing I had the capacity for so much more and the fact that I was utilizing this blessed month the way I should.

Like our sister said this year is an opportunity for so much and I'll retain this hype till Ramadan is over and beyond Bi idhnillah.
