This is a dress.
The skirt part is 8 pieces Skirt, with a faux peplum blouse. Faux because this peplum was only in Front.

Matching color of lace did me shege banza! I roamed the whole tailoring market in Aba I searched of light burnt orange 🧡, but I didn't see what I wanted. Still went to market another day for same lace, believing that new goods had come in and I might see what I want, But Mbanu! The lace search for the lace was fruitless.
Then decide to use this.
