📝 Ingredients
For the marinade:
• Chicken wings, cut into pieces
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Juice and zest of 1 lemon
• Fresh thyme
• Olive oil
For baking:
• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
• 1 orange, cut into wedges
• Chinese spring onion, cut into pieces
👨🍳 Method
1️⃣ Marinate the chicken wings with black pepper, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh thyme, and olive oil.
2️⃣ Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Arrange the wings on a baking tray and add the lemon wedges, orange wedges, and Chinese spring onion.
4️⃣ Bake using AirFry mode at 190°C for 40 minutes until golden and crispy.
