Meet my client Sam – a dedicated professional and proud vegetarian.
Why did Sam decide to learn more about fitness and health?�Sam wanted to improve self-confidence, build a better physique, and prove that even as a vegetarian, it's possible to achieve an impressive body transformation.
Take a look at the photo:�Initially, Sam showed signs of kyphosis, a posture condition caused by overactive (tight) muscles in the shoulders, pectoralis major and minor, and abdominal region.
�On the other hand, underactive (weak) muscles in the upper back and neck also contributed to poor posture, especially forward head posture and lack of scapular retraction.
But after just a few months of consistent training, Sam made significant improvements:
* Increased muscle mass
* Strengthened scapular and neck retraction
* Improved overall posture and back strength
Strength training milestones:
* Conventional Deadlift: 100kg
* Barbell Squat: 80kg
* Bench Press: 60kg
Body measurements progress:
* Arms: Increased from 10” to 12”
* Thighs: Increased from 17” to 18”
* Waist: Reduced from 36” to 35”

Client Taufiq recently recovered from a slipped disc and aimed to strengthen both his lower and upper body muscles.
By the end of the program, we successfully achieved noticeable improvements in overall strength.
Our primary focus was to target the quadriceps and glute muscles for the lower body. For the upper body, we emphasized strengthening the back, chest, and shoulder muscles.
Before starting the main workout program, Taufiq engaged in essential muscle activation exercises, specifically for the core, glutes, and scapula. These activation routines were crucial in preparing his body for more intensive strength training.
From the training videos, it’s clear that Taufiq maintained excellent core engagement throughout each repetition—especially during bodyweight squats, glute bridges, and single-leg lunges.
By the end of the program, Taufiq reported improved muscle activation in his quads and glutes during daily activities such as household chores and walking. Prior to the program, he experienced leg numbness and poor muscle control while walking—symptoms that have significantly reduced.

Have you ever imagine how’s your body looks like when your body is lean and muscular
This is me when I was 19 yrs old and weighted 60kg, super skinny and I am not typical skin type but skinny fat type.
It’s been really tough for me through out my fitness journey in building more lean muscle and losing body fat, my fitness journey is just like a road, plenty of bends up and down but that’s the beautiful of fitness keeping me to stay fit, strong and healthy
But at the end I managed and learnt the proper way to get myself to a better physique with weight 67.4kg and body fat around 15%

My clients John started his fitness journey with me to improve his body posture and build some lean muscles
As you can see in the photos, kyphosis issue has been observed. The main factors that lead to kyphosis is that certain part of the muscles are under-active and overactive
It’s just two months of training, clearly there is a big changes on John body posture as well as big improvement on the muscle gains at overall muscle chest, back and shoulders.

client started his fitness journey and get an amazing result as above, went from skinny little handsome boy to a defined giant back boy
We met in the gym back then and he was training at that time and is not feeling comfortable after performing certain exercises. By chance we then started a short conversation about the exercises
At the end of the conversations I advised him to readjust the exercise techniques as well as on the torso, and he feel much better after reinforcing the techniques and posture
since then clients decided to begin his fitness journey with me, thanks that he believed in me and put a tons of work in it
