DELIVERY
1. We provide Free Delivery above RM100 for Klang Valley & Outstation. Delivery within Klang Valley (RM9), Outstation (RM12), Kota Kinabalu & Kuching (RM30 Flat rate). Delivery Service for each order is only limited to 1(ONE) Trip

2. Delivery Lead Time is Within 3-5/10 Days. Delay may occur due to any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Natural Disaster / Covid-19) Coverage area please refer to (https://love18c.com/pages/free-delivery-coverage-area?fbclid=IwAR3wut_DdbGePg6RX9twfh-60jI4ZPfTQGUrHOCruRBloUOfIua5oiF2QV4)

3. The entire 3-5/10 days Lead time included production, packaging and arrangement. Once it is ready to be delivered, it will be delivered on the day and customer will receive it before 6PM.

4. All orders will be delivered with ice pack in an aluminum bag to ensure the chocolate you received is fresh and in best tasting condition.

5. We do not provide tracking number at the moment, but you can always reach out to our Facebook and Instagram to enquire regarding your order status.

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. The refund process will take within 7-14 working days.

2. No refund or order cancellation on all sale and promotional products or issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don't like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code.

3. The product(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.

4. In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition, with its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all Delivery costs if CocoaHeart is not at fault.
