Now that our health is our top priority this season, it is important to safeguard our family, especially our kids. Here are some of our favorite oils to use to boost wellness or when things get stuffy!

Take note that our oils are 100% pure and highly concentrated so it is important to patch test and dilute first. Try these DIY recipes for your little ones.

Anyone else’s seasonal sniffles getting the best of them recently?! I make this Seasonal Sniffles Roller Blend every year. So just a friendly reminder that it’s time to make yours too! 😉

In a 10ml bottle add:
💧5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
💧5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
💧5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
💧5 drops of Copaiba Essential Oil
💧Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice!
🍃To use: Apply under your nose, on the bridge of your nose, on your neck and on your chest as needed. You can also roll it into the palm of your hands, cup and inhale!
