I know I haven't been posting as much as I should, but the lighting in my room is so bad, the quality of the any footage often comes out really bad unless I train in the morning (unfortunately, I train in the evening/night.) I'm so mad I'm gonna purchase a studio light specifically to rectify this problem. 😂😂😂
In other news, the extension of the MCO still means that studios and gyms are still not allowed to be open. And with recent fearmongering posts about air conditioners, I expect our businesses to be affected way beyond the end of the MCO. I'm currently opening up my online classes to outside students who may be interested in learning more about flexibility, especially for the beginners and for those who aren't sure where to start and what to do.
