兔然mood来

It was an impromptu “rabbit” bread. Had to feed starter a few times (due to infrequent bread making), totally forgot to S&F, woke up middle of the night (boy went toilet) to realise the dough was left unattended on the counter … that’s the easiest “design” with no available tools. It was a cold bake too for about 40 mins, and it turns out to be best bread I had made in France 🥰 that’s the beauty of bread making, there can be surprise and miracles when the mood is right! Happy Rabbit Year everyone

The challenge (by boys) was actually the dragon, but since it’s too challenging and time consuming, I’ve created the 7 balls instead (to summon the dragon) 😬😬

That’s right- those weird looking round shapes on charcoal powdered sourdough were actually balls. DRAGON BALLs… with stars

Since recent inspired by my childhood favourite, which is now my boys’ favourite, gained ‘recognition’ at home and by some fellow bakers, my baking passion suddenly sparks to life again 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m now determined to ‘create’ more decent 😎
