1 Samuel 16:7

7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”

Pastor Yee has truly showed me what it means to live out the word of God. Especially with this verse.

In a world where people usually favor those who has value. Imagine how the world will look like if we look at people in the eyes’ of God.

Once again, thank you Pastor Yee for everything since the beginning.

How I got started in filmmaking, and also my commitment to Christ can be traced back to that moment with you.

And most importantly, I thank God for allowing us to cross paths.

You’ve inspired me once again, this time recalibrating my perspective on how God sees his children.

Thank you for trusting me to be your 1st AD for “A Moth’s Song”. It’s definitely not easy, and I believe there is still so much I can do as an AD.

So I wait expectantly for God to open up our next venture, Sarawak again maybe? “Wink wink” HAHAHAH.

When will she stop wandering?

12 January 2025 - A day to remember that Miri is officially amazing!!

The first time I’ve met Bryan was when he approached me to do a short film about a story that’s been shared during his EcoBrick project tour around schools and organisations.

He’s given me the chance to wrote and direct one of my best works and still echoes throughout my career.

Today, being able to celebrate and capture the moments of him receiving The Guinness World Records Certificate for Miri, one can’t help but wonder, this might be the only chance you get to see and experience in your life ever!

Thank you Bryan for pouring out your sweat and tears, to fight for The Guinness World Records Certificate for this small town called Miri!! You and your teams’ effort are truly amazing and inspiring!! To all Mirians, you all are amazing too!!

Today is truly an important day for the dreamers. To the people that think that their dreams are limited to locations, resources or anything. Years ago, people say that this guy is crazy, but.. he did it, so what’s your excuse? HAHAHHA

So keep dreaming my fellow Mirians, and also those who are still dreaming.

And I’d like to end with my favourite quote from Steve Jobs:
