Love, Actually: Everyday Care
When we talk about love, we often think about romance. Especially this season.
But love is much bigger than that.
Love shows up in friendships, family, community, and in how we treat ourselves.
In the small, ordinary moments.
Listening without rushing.
Checking in.
Setting boundaries.
Choosing rest when we are tired.
Relationships grow not through grand gestures, but through everyday care.
How we communicate.
How we handle differences.
How we show up, even when it is not easy.
And caring for others also means learning to care for ourselves.
Self care is not selfish. It is what allows us to love with patience, respect, and honesty.
This session is an invitation to slow down and reflect on how love shows up in daily life.
Towards others.
Towards ourselves.
Through small, intentional acts of care.

We all hide parts of ourselves sometimes — the messy, unsure, or “not good enough” bits. Maybe it’s fear. Maybe it’s feeling like no one will get it. But what if those parts are worth being seen too?
This space isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up, little by little — and realizing you're not alone. 💬💛
Join us for a conversation about the parts of ourselves we often try to hide — the fear, the doubts, the messy bits. Let’s gently explore them together, and embrace the journey toward self-acceptance — one step at a time.
✨ Inspired by the movie: Kpop Demon Hunters ✨

Mind Brew Conversations is back for June!
Sitting With the Messy Bits
Conversations About Loneliness, Identity and Belonging
✨ inspired (loosely) by Thunderbolts, but no Marvel knowledge needed
Thunderbolts isn’t just about anti-heroes and action scenes. It’s a team of misfits carrying trauma, loneliness, and a whole lot of identity baggage... and honestly, relatable. 😅
This Mind Brew session is for anyone who’s ever felt stuck in their own head, lost in who they are, or unsure where they belong. You don’t need to have seen the film—just bring your human-ness.
We’ll talk loneliness, shifting identities, and how to hold space for the messier bits of life. Expect honest chats, small group sharing, gentle prompts, and moments to breathe.
🌀 Come as you are (no fixing required)
🫖 2.5 hours with a tea break
📍 Open to all (ages 18–35)

✨ ✨ Where did 2024 go?! ✨ ✨
As December races by with its makan-makan, celebrations, and last-minute panic (Oh, no! Where did the year go?!), there’s that werid limbo between the final days of the year and the first few weeks of January. It can feel quite meh, but it's also the perfect time to pause and reflect.
Join us for Mind Brew Conversations: The Year Compass Edition, an annual tradition where we reflect on the year gone by—the moments we loved, missed, cherished, and grew from—and look ahead to the adventures of the new year.
Bring your thoughts, your hopes, and your stories. Let’s close 2023 together, and welcome 2024 with open hearts and a fresh perspective.
