Several months back, I came to know about UnstoppableDomains.com who came out with some unique and aggressive marketing strategy by offering free .com domain transfers with no real catch other than you just need to keep the domains there for 1 year period and if you sell any of your transferred domain during that period, you'll have to pay their usual .com transfer fee which I believe is fair enough....
