My journey into my own self healing started some 6 years back when I found my self thrown into a very dark place in my life.

Somehow, my natural coping mechanism was to throw my self into finding answers, learning the hows and whys of life and finding ways to rescue my self.

It’s a journey I have never looked back from till now. And paying it forward, I’ve not only helped my self climb out of the proverbial dark hole I found my self in, but also find meaning and purpose in helping others achieve healing and clarity in life.

This is a never ending journey. As long as we keep moving forward, one step at a time, small baby steps, that’s all that matters.
