This is one of my dream cars!
1985-1991 Ferrari Testarossa

Few cars in automotive history marked an era and defined new stylistic concepts like the Ferrari Testarossa. A remarkable example of form at the service of aerodynamics, a revolution in how to design and create a Ferrari, a supercar with no equal on the market, and the return to a glorious name of “Testarossa” (Italian for Red Head) even if, for the first time it was not accompanied by a number: unique ingredients for a perfect recipe unveiled at the 1984 Paris Motor Show.
This design stands out for its original stylistic solutions, such as different width between the front and rear track, or the repetition of the grilling of the side air intakes on the fascia covering the rear lights, but now rectangular rather than round.
However, it was not just the style that left people speechless. The mechanics were equally breathtaking. The engine, the most powerful installed on a standard sports car, is a 12-cylinder boxer derived directly from Formula 1: it delivers 390 hp pushing the Testarossa to over 290 kilometres per hour. For the first time, there were four valves per cylinder. This car also represents excellence in terms of its chassis, with a molybdenum-chrome frame to ensure torsional strength and rigidity at the top.
The model remained in production with very few visual alterations for seven years until the end of 1991 during which time 7,177 examples were built in the chassis number range 53081 to 91923. A single spider example, with full folding roof, was built for the personal use of Fiat supremo Gianni Agnelli.

2015-2019 Polaris Slingshot (arguably SL trim level shown)
Not a car and certainly not a motorcycle.
Originally conceived as a prototype designed by a group of Polaris engineers in 2010, Slingshot quickly advanced from prototype to production in 2014. Vehicles started arriving in dealers later that year. The first offerings were the 2015 Slingshot S and SL models.
A direct descendant of the original model, the Slingshot S was the first of it's kind with unmatched performance and a unique cockpit feel. The SL was the second model available and was created for those who wanted a little more than the basics. It started with the same 2.4L Ecotec 4 cylinder engine and 173 horsepower as the S, but had additional features like a 7" multi-touch display, backup camera and larger custom wheels.
In 2016, new models were added to the lineup, bringing upgrades like turn-by-turn navigation, unique colors, larger alloy wheels, and even the Slingshade, available straight from the factory. To this day, Polaris continues to manufacture Slingshot in the US.

Koenigsegg Regera
Regera is Swedish for 'to reign'.
The Regera is the first car in the world that operates all body closures completely automatically, at the touch of a button. We call this system ‘Autoskin’.
The Koenigsegg Regera features the world’s first foldable active top-mounted rear wing.
The Koenigsegg V8 is the most downsized homologated production Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) in the world, with 220 hp per liter (using regular pump gas). The compact nature of the engine means the Regera is light in weight, and therefore nimble and efficient.
Powertrain stats:
- 1100 hp of combustion engine power on 91 octane DIN or 95 octane RON (a bit more on E85)
- 1250 Nm of combustion engine torque
- 700 hp of electric propulsion
- 900 Nm of electric torque
- 4.5 kWh 800 Volt, flooded liquid cooled battery pack
Combined numbers:
- Over 1500 hp or 1.11 MW
- Over 2000 Nm of torque
- Dry weight 1420 kg
- 1,590 kg curb weight (including all liquids and full fuel tank)
Performance:
- Acceleration 0-100 km/h: 2.8 seconds
- Top speed: 400 km/h
The Regera is handcrafted in an edition of just 80 vehicles at Koenigsegg’s production facility in Ängelholm, Sweden.
