📌 Tanda-tanda: Angkat barang berat cepat penat, naik tangga rasa semput, bangun dari lantai pun susah.
💡 Cara Fix: Fokus latihan compound movements macam squat, lunge, dan deadlift supaya badan lebih kuat untuk aktiviti seharian.
