When Dila first joined us, her goals werenât just physical.
She wanted to feel like herself again.
PCOS and fibroids made things unpredictable.
She felt stuck, like her body wasnât on her side.
She had tried before, but nothing really lasted.
So we focused on building real momentum.
2 strength sessions a week.
Structure, not extremes.
Simple, steady nutrition changes.

3 months in, she lost around 7kg.
