Feel sad and ashamed of an leader in a national body😮‍💨

Last 2 weeks just finished a district development competition and it's normal as a coach will post some performance on their own social media.

As a leader of a national body, your role is to encourage and support the gymnasts and coaches—especially at the district development competition—not to shame or discourage them. True leadership uplifts others.
