申请贷款时，通过中介公司与直接向银行申请有何区别？
中介公司：
会根据你的 CTOS（信用报告）专业地诊断你的问题。
在提交前就会计算你的 DSR（债务收入比）。
会选择最适合你的银行进行申请，并协助你获得批准。
银行：
会查看你的 CTOS，但不会帮你分析问题，只能“碰运气”。
只有在提交给信贷官后，才会告诉你 DSR 超标（通常会被拒绝）。
绝对不会建议你尝试竞争对手的银行。
