Added 30% of freshly ground Black Wheat berries imported from Punjab, India. This variety of pigmented wheat developed by crossing purple and blue wheat, which contributes to its rich anthocyanin properties and dark color.
Black wheat possess higher protein content, iron & zinc, dietary fiber, calcium, vitamin K, total flavonoid (TFC) , phenolic content (TPC), and antioxidant activity. This makes Black Wheat a healthy option.

This cheesy cornish gouda & herbs studded sourdough country bread is super savoury with tender crumb and open interior. The chunks of cheese, melt into gorgeous golden pockets, absolutely delicious!

We’ve been receiving overwhelming number of orders for this bread since last week.
This hearty filling sourdough bread is absolutely loved by our regulars.
It’s a very satisfying companion to soups or stews and makes a great toast/open face sandwich too.
This pretty looking guy has 3 ancient grains; spelt , kamut and einkorn with tipo 1 as the main flour. These whole grains bring earthy, nutty and sexy flavor to the loaf
