Tips for Weight Loss at Different Times of the Day

During the weight loss period, it's important to pay attention to specific times of the day:

Before 9 AM - Have Breakfast:
Eating breakfast before 9 AM accelerates your metabolism. If you haven't eaten by 9 AM, your metabolism may be in a low state, slowing down the weight loss process.

Before 4 PM - Eat Fruits:
Consuming fruits, especially those high in sugar, after 4 PM can contribute to weight gain. During the weight loss period, avoid high-sugar fruits (opt for fat-burning fruits like pears and bananas). Never substitute fruits for dinner.

Before 7 PM - Have Dinner:
Eating dinner before 7 PM allows sufficient time before bedtime to burn the calories consumed during dinner. This helps prevent the formation of fat.

3 Hours Before Bed - Avoid Carbohydrates:
Refrain from consuming carbohydrates, high-sugar foods, and snacks 3 hours before bedtime. During this time, activity levels are low, metabolism is slow, and digestive capacity is weak. Instead, opt for low-calorie vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and high-quality proteins such as eggs, low-fat milk, and lean meat.
