Overview
Wills Wing is a growing international manufacturing business serving global clients from its production base in Mexico, operating under a US holding structure.
We are seeking a Head of Finance (60% capacity) to lead and oversee the finance function end-to-end, serving as a strategic partner to leadership while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
This role requires a finance professional who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment — able to move fluidly between operational detail and strategic oversight.
