Having entertainment/fun is good , not only on your mental health but also your overall well-being, but should you choose between the two, then choose to be informed/educated over entertained/fun

i.e., there's a program on one channel about financial management, and at the same time, there's a football match on another channel. Choose the former. It’s more fulfilling in the long run
