Gelateria Il-Ganċ – Valletta 🍨

Modern design meets Maltese heritage in this carefully curated gelateria interior.

Soft neutrals, warm lighting, and organic shapes set the tone inside, while a bold, custom façade gives the shop its distinctive identity on the streets of Valletta.
We preserved the traditional stone ceiling and highlighted it with gentle illumination, creating depth and warmth throughout the space.

The layout was rethought from scratch — maximising efficiency for staff while keeping the customer experience at the forefront. Feature mirrors reflect the gelato counter outward, adding a playful moment that draws people straight in from the outside.

A compact space, thoughtfully designed to feel bright, functional, and irresistibly inviting.
