📢 Dear Clients of Career Co & Work Permit From Malta,
The purpose of this Facebook post is to clear up a few things regarding visa application submission @ VFS Global in India. VFS Global India is not accepting Visa Applications from Bangladeshi nationals and they are returning applications that were submitted in recent times. We suggest you not panic as this is a piece of good news for you all. So, now it's very logical for our clients (whose approval in principle has been issued recently) "what are we going to do now?" We would like to let you know there are two possible solutions of this: to this:

1. Central Visa Unit (CVU) is going to process a very limited number of applications from Bangladesh, which means the CVU will collect passports, Photos, visa application forms, and GDPR forms directly from the applicant's given address and deliver it to the same address once the application is processed through their courier partner. A premium category "D" fee will be applicable to the applicant. This process will take up to 2-3 months. We advise our clients to be mindful about this as they have mentioned they will process "a very limited number" of applications which means they may or may not accept to process your application at all. Your employer should apply for it first and then they will inform the employer about their decision.

2. A team of VFS Global India might come to Bangladesh (no official source of this as of today) to collect visa application files and transport them to the High Commission of Malta, Delhi. Once a decision is made, they will transport your passport back to Bangladesh. Possible time: JULY

Our verdict: either way, is going to be beneficial for all of the Bangladeshi applicants as you are not required to stay for a long time and pass a miserable time in a miserable country anymore. It will not only save your money and all the unseen troubles you were going to face, but it will also make it easier for you to accept a negative decision made for you by the High Comission. Have patience.
